Direct Sourcing from
the Orchards

We have established long-term partnerships with high-quality organic orchards in Southeast Asia, covering an area of 600,000 square meters, ensuring a stable supply of premium mangoes. During the harvest season, workers pick the mangoes according to strict standards, ensuring the quality of the subsequent processing.

Transportation & Storage

Freshly harvested mangoes are transported to the factory on the same day and stored in temperature and humidity-controlled warehouses. The factory is equipped with the world's largest cold storage for dried mangoes production, covering 16,000 square meters, ensuring the freshness of the mangoes.

Slicing

Our factories are BRCGS certified and adhere to strict quality standards. We slice the fresh mangoes to ensure uniform thickness for each piece of dried mango, as the slice thickness directly impacts the texture and drying efficiency of the mangoes.

Drying

After slicing, the mangoes undergo a sugar soaking process (this step is omitted for our no-additive dried mangoes), followed by slow drying in an alternating hot and cold environment. The low-temperature slow drying helps retain the mangoes' natural flavor and nutrients to the greatest extent.

The dried mangoes are carefully sorted to remove any substandard products. During the sorting process, workers carefully inspect each piece of dried mango for color, shape, and texture, ensuring that only the highest quality products move on to the next stage.
